Whole Beef, Pasture raised and Grain feed.  Average hanging weight from 300 to 600 pounds.  Price is based on hanging weight and does NOT include processing costs (average processing costs runs from .90 per pound and up depending where it goes). we have booked processing dates in the fall and spring at our processor.  A deposit is required in the amount of $200.00 at time of order and balance is due withon 7 days of notification of hanging weight.
