Beef (half), weight is from 150 to 350 pounds hanging weight.  Price does NOT include processing cost (processing averages .90 cents per pound handing weight depending on where it is taken)  we have processing dates at our local processor both spring and fall.  Beef is grain feed and pasture raised.  Deposit of $100.00 is due with reservation.  Balance due within one week of notification fo hanging weight.
